We decided to build a new home and sell our existing home in January 2020. We were hoping to line up a lease back or work something out that would let us stay in our current home until the new home was ready. We didn’t want to sell and have to move out before our new home was ready. We interviewed several realtors and we chose Missy because we liked talking to her, she was positive, she laid out what she would do to sell our house, and said she would fight for us. We followed her guidance and had the house ready to show and were under contract within a week. Missy even negotiated a lease-back so we could stay in the house until a week after our estimated close date on the new house. Pretty easy! As we got closer to our close date to sell, COVID had many things closed down and our buyers were impacted. After granting them an extension to try and resolve their issues, we didn’t grant a second extension because we were running out time to list and sell a second time. Missy went right to work and the fight was on. She got it listed again, reached out to people that had seen the house last time, as well as agents that had worked the area for other buyers. She also screened new buyers to make sure anyone coming to see our house was serious. After another week on the market, we were back under contract for a little more than our original asking price and Missy was able to negotiate another lease-back. Our house sold and about a month later we closed on our new house and moved in. Missy is an excellent agent and if I ever move again, I’ll be calling Missy.

Missy went above and beyond for us. We were able to get the perfect home for our family. We moved from several hours away and were not able to actually come view our home in person before move in. So she made sure to FaceTime us and take videos of the route to the house from the freeway while pointing out important places. As well as videos of all the inside and outside of the house. Once we got everything signed she made sure to follow up with the other realtor to get all the details taken care of. The experience with Missy was quite awesome! I presented her with a difficult task to sell 11 condos in a 12 unit complex with multiple owners. We wanted the sale of all of these units to happen as a single transaction or rather to a single buyer. It was a lot of coordination and communication which Missy did effortlessly. All of the owners were quite pleased as she was able to negotiate what we really wanted to get in the overall sell.

Missy certainly knows her trade as a real estate agent. She had our home listed quickly and had it priced right. Because of her knowledge of the current market, we had multiple offers on our home, and we were under contract in 5 days. Talk about impressive! She’s one of the best out there. She went above and beyond with the sale of our house. She always checked the comps and made sure we were getting the most, and worked great with showings and schedules. She was also amazing with helping us build and buy our new home. Making sure all paper work was correct, proof read twice, all parties were aware of any changes and hitting the deadlines needed. I can’t say enough good things about her. Relocated to Forney from Boise, ID. Missy was great at maximizing our time during short visits to view homes. Great mix of pre-owned and new builds to see.What was most impressive is she spent hours at our final walk through to tape all touch up areas, her expertise picked up on many areas that we would not have noticed. 40 days after closing Missy is still with us, holding our developer accountable to finish all little touch ups in a timely manner.A great mix of professionalism, with an enthusiastic and fun personality, and boundless energy. You can not get any better than her!
